One of Don Gardner's popular zero lot-line home plans is The Kirkwood. This home plan features over 2300 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is a budget and family friendly home. The home features a two-story great room with vaulted ceiling, and the master bedroom also offers a vaulted ceiling and an adjacent study. The upstairs two bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. You’ll enjoy outdoor living in this home as well with its screened porch that features 12 foot ceilings.
