If you purchase…

Reproducible Vellum or PDF – Reproducible vellum or PDF is your best value if you intend to make changes to the plan. The purchaser of the plan is permitted to make an unlimited number of copies to build the home one time. License is not transferrable.

AutoCAD Drawings on CDROM – AutoCAD drawings are electronic files on CDROM that make up a complete set of construction drawings for the home design of your choice. The purchaser of the plan is permitted to make an unlimited number of copies of the plan set to build the home one time. License is not transferrable.

8 Set Plan Package – Eight sets of the same plan is your best value if you plan to build the home a single time. Eight set packages come with a license to build a single home from the plans. You are not permitted to make copies of the plans, however, you may purchase additional sets for a nominal cost. If you decide to build the home again, contact the Donald A. Gardner Customer Sales & Support department at 800.388.7580 to purchase another license to build, within two years of the original purchase.

5 Set Plan Package – Five sets of plans is the minimum number of plans required for purchase in order to receive a construction license to build the home a single time. You are not permitted to make copies of the plans, however, you may purchase additional sets for a nominal cost. If you decide to build the home again, contact the Donald A. Gardner Customer Sales & Support department at 800.388.7580 to purchase another license to build, within two years of the original purchase.

Study Set – Study sets are a great way to get a closer look at a Donald A. Gardner plan or estimate cost to build, however, they are NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION. A minimum 5-set package must be purchased to receive a license to build one home. Study sets may be upgraded to building packages (5-set, 8-set, vellum, or CD) within 90 days of original purchase, with payment of a nominal upgrade fee plus the difference in cost between the study set and building package.
