Email digital photos of your completed, landscaped, furnished and professionally decorated Donald A. Gardner house. You may send as many photos as you like, but keep in mind that we will be looking primarily at the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Bath, and the Front and Rear Exteriors. With your photos, please include complete contact information, how long the home will be furnished and any modifications that have been made to the plan.

The Donald A. Gardner Marketing department will review photos and modifications and if the home meets our initial qualifications, a preliminary visit to the home will be scheduled (if the home is within a reasonable distance from our offices in Greenville, SC).
During the preliminary visit, members of the Donald A. Gardner Marketing department will visit the home to take additional snapshots and get more information about the home. This visit generally takes just 20-30 minutes.
“Scouting” shots and information about the home are submitted to Donald A. Gardner executives for review.
After reviewing photos, sales statistics for the plan, and any modifications made, the executive team will approve or deny the home for a professional photo shoot.
Upon approval of the home, a professional photo shoot will be scheduled based on homeowner/builder availability, the availability of our photographer, the season and weather forecasts.
Professional photo shoots take an entire day (approximately 8 hours). The builder/homeowner may choose whether to be present for the photo shoot in whole or in part. (It is not necessary for the builder/homeowner to attend the shoot.)
Upon completion of a professional photo shoot, the purchaser of the plans will receive digital copies of the photographs and reimbursement for the plan package (up to 8-sets, excluding add-on plan options and shipping charges), within 4-6 weeks.
When the home is featured in one of our nationally distributed magazines, credit will be given to the builder and interior designer on the feature introduction page. If the photographed home is used on a magazine cover, copies will be sent to the builder/homeowner (first cover exposure).
