Builder Rewards Program- Our discount program allows you to earn additional discounts with each plan you purchase in a calendar year.
There are no fees, no forms to fill out, and no registration required...simply purchase plans to start taking advantage of lower plan prices!
Unlimited License to Build - Donald A. Gardner Architects offers a standard “unlimited license to build” with home plan purchases on reproducible vellum or AutoCAD on CDROM! By purchasing a house plan on vellum or CD, you are permitted to make as many copies of the plans as needed to build an unlimited number of homes. Our bond set plan packages (5 set paper & 8 set paper plan packages) continue to be limited to one license to build and may not be copied or reproduced.
Rebuild Program - If you have purchased a bond set of Donald A. Gardner Architects house plans (Five-set Bond, Eight-set Bond) and would like to build the home more than once, the Rebuild Program allows you to purchase additional licenses to build for a greatly reduced cost. Additional licenses are available for two years from the date of original purchase and even longer in some cases.
FREE Photography Opportunities - We are always looking for quality-constructed Donald Gardner homes, built very similar to the original plan, with landscaping and interior furnishings.
If a home you built is chosen for a professional photo shoot, you’ll receive reimbursement for the cost of your plans (up to 8-sets) and digital photos for use in your own marketing and advertising!
FREE Advertising and PR Opportunities - We publish the highest quality plan books and magazines in the industry. Our Gardner-exclusive title is At Home with Donald A. Gardner™, which offers opportunities for builders to have their work featured in a nationally distributed magazine with circulation of approximately 80,000, as well as on our web sites!
FREE Plan Selection Assistance and Technical Support - If you need assistance choosing plans to fit specific criteria, or finding a collection of plans with a "streetscape" feel, we offer no- obligation plan selection assistance! In addition, our Architecture staff provides free technical support to builders who are constructing a Donald Gardner design. Questions on measurements, roof framing, windows and more...we provide free support for our customers
Professional Marketing Products - We offer a full line of personalized marketing products, including plan page handouts, job site signs, presentation prints, and digital artwork for use in marketing and selling homes.
In-House Modification Services - Who better to tailor a plan to suit specific needs than someone who knows the Donald Gardner portfolio inside and out? Maintaining the integrity of the design by assuring all changes are made to the highest standards, our designers are here to answer questions and provide support while modifications are being made, and throughout the construction process. Modifications are available for most Don Gardner home plans
