Design Modification Services
Donald A. Gardner Design Services, LLC, now offers design modification services for most of our portfolio home plans. The in-house Marketing Division handles the wide-ranging marketing projects of all Donald A. Gardner divisions and publishes its own plan magazine, Designs™, three times each year. This full-color magazine features the firm's newest and best selling designs as well as photography of completed homes.
The Marketing Division is instrumental in assisting builders with the marketing of their Gardner-designed homes. We offer builder-specific marketing products and programs (see Builder Benefits), designed to save time and money, and help sell homes faster.
In addition to creating professional marketing products for builders, the Marketing Division also manages builder benefits programs such as the Photography Program, advertising and public relations and plan selection assistance.
