Design Modification Services

Donald A. Gardner Design Services, LLC, now offers design modification services for most of our portfolio home plans. Whether you want to change the foundation or increase the overall square footage, we can help! Who better to modify your almost perfect Donald A. The in-house Marketing Division handles the wide-ranging marketing projects of all Donald A. Gardner divisions and publishes its own plan magazine, Designs™, three times each year. This full-color magazine features the firm's newest and best selling designs as well as photography of completed homes.

The Marketing Division is instrumental in assisting builders with the marketing of their Gardner-designed homes. We offer builder-specific marketing products and programs (see Builder Benefits), designed to save time and money, and help sell homes faster.

In addition to creating professional marketing products for builders, the Marketing Division also manages builder benefits programs such as the Photography Program, advertising and public relations and plan selection assistance.

Publishing Division

Donald A. Gardner Publishing, LLC was formed in 2004 to publish and promote the portfolio of Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., one of the nation’s leading residential architectural firm. Focusing on high-quality, full-color plan books and magazines, the goal of Donald A. Gardner Publishing, LLC is to become the most highly respected provider of house plan publications, offering informative, educational content to aid consumers and builders in their house plan selection and building processes.
