Donald Gardner Architects Wins National Dell/NFIB Award

Greenville, SC – Using their website, custom-designed windows application & database, and intranet, Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., demonstrated how information technology allowed them to drive a significant change and develop a competitive advantage in delivering superior customer value and experience, resulting in the national Dell/NFIB Small Business Excellence in Customer Experience Award at the 2004 NFIB National Small Business Summit in Washington DC. “We are a customer-oriented, brick-and-mortar company, which utilizes information technology to improve our products, service and support,” said Angela Santerini, president of Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. “That translates into a better customer experience.”

As winners, Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., will receive $20,000 of Dell technology; a lifetime NFIB membership; and a “Day with Dell” where Santerini and select team members will travel to Austin, Texas to spend the day at Dell Inc., with Dell leaders. “It was a privilege to be included in the top ten, along with those nine worthy finalists from all over the nation, but it’s an honor to receive this recognition from Dell and the NFIB,” said Santerini. “Both organizations are extraordinary. We enjoyed the NFIB National Small Business Summit in Washington and look forward to going to Austin this fall.”
