I want you to know how much we LOVE our Don Gardner home. It is more than we could have hoped for. It is a comfortable, functional oasis for our family. I happened to pick up a copy of your Hillside book when we were beginning our search for a home with a walkout basement. After looking and considering many of your beautiful houseplans, we picked the Cedar Ridge Plan. It had everything we wanted. What we found particularly helpful were the photos of the finished homes… we could picture what our house would look like when we were done. It took us 22 months to finish the house (my husband served as our general contractor). We did quite a bit of work ourselves. We have lived in the house about a year. Thank you again for this wonderfully designed home! "

The Don Gardner website has played an integral role in the marketing of Fox Lair. The Don Gardner site is extremely professional, very user friendly, and is by far the most comprehensive website for a potential home buyer to utilize. From the builders, to potential buyers, and me, the Realtor, we utilize the Don Gardner site on a daily basis. If we have questions the customer service staff at Don Gardner is always very helpful. We usually have the Don Gardner home page up and running when clients walk through the model home.
