What if the plan does not come with the foundation I need?
Most of our plans are designed with a crawl space foundation. However, standard basement and slab foundations are also available for most plans. Please call 1-800-388-7580 for more information on the foundation and plan you are interested in.
Please note: Standard basement foundations are in-ground and unfinished. Walkout basement foundations are treated as a modification and priced per plan. Please see our
Modifications page for more information.
