Whether you need a variety of stylish exterior looks combined with one great floor plan for use in different developments – or you need a streetscape of complementary plans for one neighborhood -- our Neighborhood Starter Kits can meet your needs!

The Neighborhood Starter Kit includes:

One floor plan with three different elevations in today’s most popular styles

Search all Plans

Free myDAG Membership Offers Many Benefits

Did you know that you can compare plans, save plans and searches, and upload photos using your myDAG membership? Simply login to myDAG and then follow the links on your myDAG side menu bar to navigate these features.

Compare plans by clicking the "Compare Plans" link under "Services" on the Plan Details page. Once you have selected two or more plans, you can view the renderings and floorplans side by side.

To save a Plan Search, click the "Save Search" link at the top of the search page. Access your Saved Search by clicking "View Saved Searches" on the myDAG menu.

To save a plan, simply click the "Save Plan" link on the Services menu of the Plan Details page. Then revisit your saved plans by following the "View Saved Plans" link on your myDAG home page.

Upload your photos by clicking "Submit Photos" on the myDAG menu. Then select the plan name and click "Browse" to locate your file. Then click "Upload Photos."

Add Your Company to Our "Find a Builder" Map

Are you a builder, realtor or developer who would like to advertise Donald Gardner house plans that you have built? Through our "Find a Builder" feature, a consumer can click on your company's state and view your company's name as well as the plans that your company has built. At the time of creation, our house plans are designed to conform to the CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code or the International Residential Code. National and local building codes vary with location and change from time to time. Consequently, it may be necessary for you to meet with a local builder, architect or other construction professional to review your local building codes and make any changes to the house plan these codes may require.
