      Tour Our Newly Released Plan!
Tour Our Newly Released Plan! Stone accents, vertical siding and a metal porch roof combine to add rustic flair to this hillside walkout plan. The main level features an open layout with a cathedral ceiling in the great room to add vertical volume to the area. A cozy screen porch is tucked away off the dining area, creating a perfect place for casual outdoor meals. The master bedroom also has a cathedral ceiling. The adjoining master bath is complete with dual vanities, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet for wardrobe storage. A secondary bedroom on the main level could be a guest suite or home office. Two more bedrooms are situated on the lower level – each with an adjoining bath. There is also a large amount of unfinished storage space on the lower level in addition to the bonus room over the garage. Both areas provide ample space for future expansion if desired.

Government Extends and Expands First-time Home Buyer Credit Good news for both first-time homebuyers and those who have lived in their home more than five years and are looking to move – the federal government announced in November that they are extending and expanding the tax credits available to those looking to buy or build a new home. First-time homebuyers remain eligible for up to an $8000 tax credit for homes purchased before April 30, 2010.

      Frequently Asked Questions
How is the total living square footage determined?

All square footage is calculated from outside face of stud to outside face of stud. For brick, it is calculated to the outside face of the brick. Total living square footage includes only the heated area of the house and does not include the garage, storage areas or bonus room.
