Chandler Lake Now Open!
Chandler Lake, a Donald Gardner Signature neighborhood, celebrated its Grand Opening in May. The model home (plan 1216) is now open to the public and serves as the design center and sales office for the neighborhood. Each of the 76 estate-sized home sites will feature Donald Gardner home plans, and the neighborhood includes a lake stocked for fishing and nature trails.
