At an awards dinner hosted by Hanley Wood, LLC at the International Builders' Show in Orlando, Florida on February 13, Donald A. Gardner Architects earned two awards relating to the firm's portfolio of pre-designed home plans. Each award was based on the 2007 representation of Donald A. Gardner Architects' portfolio in Hanley Wood publications.

For highly detailed and artistic pen and ink renderings, Donald A. Gardner Architects was honored with an award for “Best Renderings.” The firm was also honored with the Pinnacle Award, an honor bestowed on Hanley Wood's top home plan designers. Awards and honors received by the firm now total more than sixty.
