FAQ of the Month

  What do I receive when I purchase a plan package?

  When you purchase a plan package, you receive the license to build that plan one (1) time (this will be labeled on the outside of your package) and you will receive the construction drawings. The construction drawings include the front rendering, exterior and interior elevations, door and window schedules, necessary wall sections/details, structural plan and one specifications outline. Heating/air conditioning layouts are not included. Consult a local mechanical contractor for systems suitable for local climate conditions.

Find a Builder in your Area!

Are you looking for a builder in your area? Go to our Builder Map, click on your state's link and view builder names and contact information for your state. Builders are listed first by area and then by the design number they have built.

Builders- To add your name and information to the Builder Map, you must first be a myDAG member. Please follow this link to join. Once you are a myDAG member, login to myDAG and click on the Submit Built Plans link on the myDAG menu. Then complete by selecting the plan number and area the plan is built.
