Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. hosted a roundtable discussion and interactive design session for several of Upstate South Carolina’s top custom home builders on Thursday, May 1.
Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. offered local home builders the opportunity to provide feedback about their design needs and the needs of prospective home buyers with a “real-time” sketch session. “Today’s housing market creates challenges for new home builders and designers alike. While we track national and regional trends, local home builders are a wonderful resource for tapping into the specific needs of our hometown market. By combining our efforts and expertise, we can create inspired house plans that are a perfect fit for local families,” said Jennifer Hall, Marketing and Sales Manager for Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc.
Donald Gardner staff members shared industry research and market trends, and gave builders a sneak preview of the firm’s newest designs in development. In addition, Kevin Culhan, AIA, NCARB, created sketches for a new house plan design by incorporating builder attendees’ feedback.
