| Kentucky Couple Chosen for Magazine Feature |
Elizabethtown, Kentucky couple Tim and Dawn Scott Donovan have been selected for At Home with Donald A. Gardner™ magazine’s third annual Reality Home Building feature. The Donovans chose a Donald A. Gardner design, the Northwyke, for their new home to be built in Four Seasons Estates of Elizabethtown. Heart to Hearth Home Builders, LLC will construct the home, with anticipated completion date of February 2007.
The Reality Home Building feature will follow the Donovans through the process of building their new home from framing to move-in. At Home with Donald A. Gardner™ -- a quarterly home plan magazine with national distribution -- will document each step of the process in four installments during 2007. Each installment will feature tips for those thinking of building their own home, photos of the construction process and advice from the builder and future homeowners. The Reality Home Building series in At Home with Donald A. Gardner™ began in the Spring 2005 issue and has followed two other families through the process of building a Donald A. Gardner home.
