Beginning October 1, 2007, Donald A. Gardner Architects will offer a multiuse license for all plans purchased on reproducible vellum or CD! With the purchase of plans on vellum or CD, you are permitted to make as many copies of the plan as needed to build the plan as many times as you wish! As always, the license to build is not transferable, but the purchaser is free to build the home multiple times! Take advantage of this incredible value with your next plans purchase!
