GREEN -- how can such a simple word be so confusing? Perhaps because there are many "shades of green," and many ways to incorporate "green" into the home building process.
The majority of green building strategies occur in the first stages of the planning process. These strategies include: site orientation (location of house on the building site), design, and building material selection. Secondly, interior selections (including lighting, appliances and plumbing fixtures) offer options for “going green.”

However, many new designs are being completed before they can be published in our magazines, so they have been added to our website! Two new house plans, the Callaway and the Greenbranch, offer great design with exceptional curb appeal and open floor plans. The Callaway offers two floors of comfortable family living with charming country appeal while the Greenbranch features traditional style and no wasted space! Q Do you offer modifications? What is the process?
A Yes! Our staff members are available to answer questions about our home plans and the feasibility of the changes to suit personal preferences. Please consult the Design Modification Services page for additional information about the house plans modification process and associated fees.
Q Do you have photos of this plan?
A We are constantly updating our website with new photography. While we do have photography for many Donald A. Gardner house plans, we do not have photos available for every plan. To find out if photography is available to view, go to House Plan Details for the home plan you are interested in, and scroll down to "Alternate Views." If there is photography available for that floor plan, it will be posted here.
