        Don Gardner to Appear at NC Parade of Homes

Don Gardner, AIA and NCARB, founder of Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., the nation’s leading supplier of pre-designed home plans, will make a rare appearance to meet builders, brokers and potential homeowners on October 1, 2005 in the Rand Meadows development as part of the Raleigh-Wake County, NC Parade of Homes. Rand Meadows is the site of six built Gardner homes featured in the 2005 Parade of Homes, which takes place on October 1-2, 7-9, & 13-16 from 12:00-5:00pm.


Join us from 1:00 to 4:00 PM on October 1 in Raleigh, NC at Rand Meadows to meet Donald Gardner and see the following homes: Plan 1032-The Derbyville built by Manning Homes, Inc.; Plan 979- The Luxembourg built by Cattano Construction, Inc.; Plan 964- The Yarborough built by Gottfried Homes, Inc.; Plan 1090-The Summerhill built by S&D Builders, Inc.; Plan 801-The Cartwright built by Seneca Homes, Inc.; and Plan 1008-The Dayton built by Woodall Construction, Inc.
