 As part of our winning the Dell/ NFIB Excellence in Customer Experience award, Angela Santerini -- President; Rob Davis -- IT Manager; Lex Stapleton -- Senior Architect/Portfolio Manager; Jean Finley -- Copyright Specialist; Christina Venneri -- Accounting Manager; and Paula Powers -- Writer & Public Relations Administrator spent a day and a half ("Day with Dell" program) at Dell Incorporated in Austin, Texas on September 28 and September 29, learning "Best Practices and Strategies" from Dell's senior officials in a variety of departments. DAG toured the manufacturing facility and had the chance to spend an hour with Michael Dell. Aside from the Lifetime Membership in the NFIB and the opportunity to participate in the "Day with Dell" program, DAG won $20,000 in information technology from Dell, and Dell officials worked with DAG to determine present and future IT needs, advising on how best to apply the $20,000.
