Do you like one of our home plans - except for one little thing you wish you could change? Maybe you really want a brick home, but the plan was designed for cedar shake and lap siding. Or if only the home were a little bigger...
Well, now you can have your changes made by the people who know our designs the best- Donald A. Gardner Design Services, LLC.
Donald A. Gardner Design Services offers modification services for most Don Gardner plans. Our team makes changes ranging from modifying a Crawl Space to a Walkout Basement to raising an eight foot ceiling to nine feet. The following are examples of houses that Design Services has modified:

On Plan 732 above Design Services added a second floor above the Study and created a loft area above the Foyer. They also finished off a Bonus Room apartment above the garage and revised the partial basement to a full basement.

On Plan 877 Design Services revised the exterior wall framing to 2 x 6, changed the Roof Live Load to 40 p.s.f., rotated the garage forty-five degrees and added a walk-out basement.
To receive an estimated fee and completion time for modifications please fill out the Modification Estimate Request or fax a written description along with a copy of the floor plan and/or elevation
indicating the changes you would like to make with notes.
