Although Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. specializes in single family residences, we are now offering multi-family plans through Allora, LLC as well. Our multi-family plans include duplexes and triplexes with features such as bay windows, dormers, and columns. Our current designs range in size from 1700 square feet per unit to 2250 square feet per unit with three bedrooms and two and a half baths per unit.

Looking for a way to market the Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. plan you're building or have built? Look no further. We offer Marketing Products ranging from Personalized Plan Pages to Presentation Prints.
Personalized Plan Pages feature the rendering and floorplan of the house, the house's square footage, a description of the house, and your personal information such as company name and phone number. The Presentation Print is an 11" x 17" full color rendering and floor plan. We also offer job site signs, black and white renderings and floorplans.
