Materials lists are available for most of our home plans and can help you estimate the cost of building the plan by providing details on the materials required to construct the home as the plans have laid out. Our Materials List is a quantitative take-off estimate of the materials required to build the home. This list does not include finished materials (i.e. paint, carpet, etc.), electrical, mechanical or plumbing materials, as these items are customer specific.
