The Donald A. Gardner Design
Services, LLC team has offered home plan modifications since 1998, and who
better to tailor a plan to suit your needs than someone who knows the Don
Gardner portfolio in and out? Maintaining the integrity of the design by
assuring all changes are made to the highest standards, designers are here to
answer your questions and provide you with support while modifications are
being made, and throughout the construction process. You can communicate by
phone, fax or email, whichever is easiest for you!
Modifications are available for most Don Gardner home plans. Once a final design that includes all of your modifications has been approved, most modifications can be completed in 2-3 weeks.

simple guidelines and consult the listing of common alterations below.

include a written description of the home plan modifications you are requesting
and be sure to select the plan you are interested in.
Please Note: There is a $45 Initial Consultation fee to receive an a
modification estimate. If you decide to modify, the fee will be applied toward
the cost of house plans modifications.
Once your fax has been received, Donald A. Gardner Design Services, LLC will
contact you within 2 to 4 business days.
A plan package purchase (five set
minimum) is required for modifications to be completed.
The plan package fee and 50% of the estimated modification fee are required
before revisions can be made, and the remaining fees are to be paid prior to
shipping.
Home plan modifications typically start at approximately $840.00. Average
modifications cost around $2,000.00, but vary widely. To the left are price
guidelines for some of the more common home plan modifications.
In-House Consultation
If you would prefer to visit our offices and speak directly with a designer about your house plan modification needs, simply call for an appointment! Please keep in mind, there is a 2-4 business day turnaround time when requesting an estimate for modifications. For consultations: the first 30 minutes are free, and additional half-hour increments are charged at a rate of $50/half-hour. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Modification Estimate and Consultation fees are separate charges. Checks are not accepted.
