Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., wants to make the building process easier for home builders. We are looking for talented builders who are participating in a Parade of Homes in their area. Homes that meet our qualifications and are chosen for a professional photo shoot will be reimbursed for their plan purchase (up to 8-sets) and will be featured in our national consumer publications.


Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., will provide the following:

• Consultation and assistance in choosing a plan to meet specific Parade/Development requirements.

• Refund the cost of the plan package (up to 8-sets) after a professional photo shoot has been completed.

• Choice of two marketing pieces out of the following three: 1) One black and white camera-ready rendering and floorplan; 2) One personalized plan page suitable for copying or scanning; 3) One 11x17 presentation print, to be delivered at time of photo shoot.

• Pay related costs and coordination of photography for utilization by Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. Builder will be given free prints to use in their own marketing, such as websites or promotional materials.

• Provide exposure on our popular website and the eligible home may appear in Designs™ magazine, published by Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., and circulated nationally to approximately 100,000 builders/businesses. Possible exposure in nationally recognized magazines, such as At Home with Donald A. Gardner, Designer Dream Homes and others.

• Provide Home Builder with copies of the Designs™ magazine featuring their home for use in their own promotions.

Home Builder will provide the following:

• A completed home, professionally landscaped, decorated/furnished and ready for photography either prior to the Parade or immediately following. For guidelines and frequently asked questions, click here for more information.

• Provide Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc., with information on all modifications/changes due to Parade or lot requirements. Only minor modifications required to meet Parade/Community specifications will be accepted.

• The use of quality materials and sub-contractors in order to produce a “feature quality” home to be recognized locally and nationally.

• Must send reference photography two weeks prior to the Parade of Homes. You may send as many photos as you like, but keep in mind that we will be looking primarily at the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Bath, and the Front and Rear Exteriors. With your photos, please include complete contact information, how long the home will be furnished and any modifications that have been made to the plan.

Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. welcomes the opportunity to discuss possible arrangements to work with your company. Donald A. Gardner Architects, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject a submitted home and to withdraw above services in the event that the Home Builder does not comply with guidelines, the home has been previously photographed by us, or the location of the Parade creates production concerns.
