House plan prints (bond or vellum) include front rendering, foundation plan, floor plan with electrical fixture layout and plumbing fixtures indicated, exterior and interior elevations, door and window schedules, any necessary wall sections and details, structural plan, and one specifications outline. ABOUT BUILDING CODES
At the time of creation, each plan is designed to conform to CABO One and Two Family Dwelling Code or the International Residential Code. Modifications may be necessary to meet local building codes. Consult a builder, architect, or other construction professional as necessary. Heating and air conditioning layouts are not included. Consult a local mechanical contractor for systems suitable for local climate conditions.

YOUR BEST VALUE: Reproducible vellums are ideal if you intend are ideal if you intend to make changes to a plan. They allow qualified architects and engineers to make changes and reproduce blueprints without having to completely redraw plans or purchase additional sets. We include one vellum and a construction license granting you permission to make an unlimited number of copies to build the plan an unlimited number of times. Note: to remove the image on the vellum, use either a dark ink eraser in an electric or xerographic eradicator fluid such as Michlin film eradicating fluid applied per manufacturer's directions.

Full reverse plans, mirror images with right-reading letters, are available for many plans.
A Materials List aids you in estimating the cost of materials by listing types and quantities of materials needed to build your house.
