Regal yet affordable, this spacious three bedroom features porches in both front and back, along with an open floor plan designed for today's family.

A large great room with cathedral ceiling flows into the kitchen and breakfast room, separated only by a smart angled island. Off the kitchen lies the dining room complete with tray ceiling.

The private master bedroom also has a tray ceiling and nearby access to the porch and deck. To heighten the master bath experience, the garden tub invites relaxation, and the sizeable walk-in closet is conveniently located for busy lifestyles. On the opposite end of the home, two secluded bedrooms are divided by a full bath- perfect for children.

For additional space and storage, note the bonus room above the garage. For added convenience, note the powder room next to the utility area and garage.
