Conceptual Design 1524 is an updated version of The Valmead Park house plan 1153. The exterior is wrapped in cedar shakes and board and batten accents the gables. Arches are echoed through out the exterior, from the arched windows and garage bays to the arched entryway to the front porch.

The great room lives large with a vaulted ceiling and double doors open to a rear porch topped with skylights. A breakfast nook is adjacent to the island kitchen and a formal dining room is just steps away. The garage offers a storage bay and enters the home through a mud room with a linen closet, built-in cubbies with a bench, and a pantry. The master suite offers large windows for rear views and a vaulted ceiling. Dual walk-in closets are available, and one provides access to the utility room. The master bathroom is luxurious with a freestanding bathtub, dual-sink vanity, and a walk-in shower. A secondary bedroom with full bathroom and an office complete the first floor. Upstairs, find two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom and linen closet. An optional bonus room can be used for a rec room or for a future expansion.
