Conceptual Design 1548 is a narrow two-story cottage with a whimsical façade. A decorative wooden bracket adorns the front gable and twin dormers with metal roofing enhance curb-appeal. Archways and tapered columns highlight the front porch and the arches are continued to the arched garage bays.

The foyer and garage entries share a common mud room with a coat closet, bench seat, and built in storage. The utility room is adjoining and offers a linen closet and laundry sink while extra storage can be found in the garage. A powder room and pantry provide convenience.

The great room is cozy with a coffered ceiling and fireplace and opens to a rear porch with skylights. The kitchen centers around a spacious island and overlooks the dining room. Two master bedrooms are on the first floor and each have a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual-sink vanity.

Upstairs, find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and an optional bonus room. A linen closet and built-in shelves provide ample storage and display space.
