Conceptual Design 1555 is an updated version of The Luxembourg house plan 979. The intricate exterior includes multiple gables adorned with board-and-batten. A dramatic portico entry is framed with bold columns and double doors welcome guests to the foyer.

An open dining room leads into the spacious island kitchen. The great room features a cathedral ceiling and built-in bookshelves flank the fireplace. Double doors exit to a rear patio. The garage offers a workshop with storage and outdoor access makes this space ideal for storing outdoor equipment. Inside the garage entry, find a mud room, coat closet, pantry and utility room. The master suite is on the first floor and is topped with a tray ceiling. Dual walk-in closets lead to a luxury master bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, double-sink vanity and a walk-in shower.

Two bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bathroom. An optional bonus room with full bathroom provides additional square footage for a media room or bedroom.

Packs a lot of punch for the square footage. The exterior elevation is not doing it for me though. Would maybe like to see similar floor plan, different exterior.
