  I noticed the final floor plan (Virgil) is a little bit bigger (1,578). Where was the sq ft added? I take a bigger pantry was never added? Thks

  I truly love this plan. I agree that it needs a larger pantry and we would also like to see a single garage added and turned to run on the end of the house with an entry into the double garage and it would be used for a shop. Everything else is perfect for us. We are very interested in this plan.

  I really like this plan. I reviewed it against the one it was based from. This one meets so many of my needs as an empty nester. I love this one so much better for all the changes this contains. I love to cook and have a garden view from my kitchen. Other than the pantry comment which I agree with, I would have this plan altered to have my sink and dishwasher where the word breakfast appears on the plan and change to two windows to three windows (2 operable slim single hung windows flanking a large fixed glass centered on the wall) behind the sink and above the countertop. This would open the island up for a true chef or baker. Also makes it large enough for tow or more people to work at the same time. I love to cook, entertain with cooking, gather around the island for wine and appetizers, setup,a buffet and use it on a daily basis for causal meals. The formal dining is a great size for sit down gathering so addition space is not needed for empty nesters. Kitchens sell the house and establish a foundation on how it will be used throughout the day. A killer plan for me as well because I am an artist so the bonus space allows for my profession as well. Excellent job. Please let me know when the final plan is set because I think you really have something here.

  I agree needs a pantry. Also, I like the master bath on the Sawyer house plan better. Otherwise I love this plan...
