Conceptual Design 1588 is an updated version of The Ryley house plan 503. The exterior is simple with a mix of siding and board-and-batten and decorative gable brackets enhance curb-appeal. A front entry garage and narrow width are ideal for a small lot.

The compact floor plan is thoughtfully arranged to create a feeling of spaciousness. A cathedral ceiling tops the great room and a cozy fireplace is available. A diamond shaped island is the focal point of the kitchen and a window over the sink provides rear views. The dining room offers a pantry/storage closet and is topped with a tray ceiling while a rear deck extends living outdoors.

The master suite offers a cathedral ceiling and the master bathroom has a dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and an adjoining walk-in closet with linen storage. The secondary bedrooms share a full bathroom and the laundry room is located centrally for easy access from all the bedrooms and the kitchen. Additional storage can be found in the garage and a door provides direct access to the backyard.
