Conceptual Design 1602 is an updated version of The Gavin house plan 1517 with the bedroom layout rearranged. The modern farmhouse façade features a front entry garage and board-and-batten siding. Shutters, tapered columns, and decorative gable brackets enhance curb appeal.

A large coat closet provides ample storage at the foyer entry. The great room is cozy with a coffered ceiling and fireplace. In the kitchen, find an island with prep-sink, a built-in pantry, and a window for front views. A single dining area saves space in the open floor plan and a screened porch with skylights extends living outdoors.

The master bedroom is topped with a tray ceiling and opens to a well-designed master bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A large walk-in closet is adjoining, and a linen closet is available for extra storage space. Across the floor plan, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with a skylight and a linen closet.

Find storage in the garage, a laundry sink in the utility room, and a mud room entry with a built-in seat and cubbies. An optional bonus room and bathroom are upstairs to meet the homeowners needs for expansion.
