Conceptual Design 1613 is an updated version of The Loretta house plan 1579. This Craftsman design features a courtyard entry garage, and the façade is a mix of board-and-batten, stone, and cedar shakes. Decorative gable trusses and metal roof accents enhance curb appeal.

The foyer opens to a spacious great room with a cathedral ceiling and a fireplace. The kitchen enjoys an island, a pantry, and a window above the sink for rear views. An elegant tray ceiling tops the dining room and columns help to define the space. A rear porch with skylights extends living outdoors.

The master suite offers every amenity with a tray ceiling, dual walk-in closets, and a master bathroom with two vanities, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a linen closet. Two additional bedrooms are across the floor plan with a full bathroom and walk-in closets. An office/bedroom provides flexibility for a guest suite or a home office.

The mudroom entry conveniently provides a seat with storage cubbies and a coat closet. A spacious utility room and powder room are only steps away. Find abundant storage options in the two-car garage and an optional bonus room with full bathroom above.
