Conceptual Design 1615 is a smaller version of Conceptual Design 1612. The Craftsman exterior features board-and-batten with stone accents. Arched brackets adorn the gables, and a courtyard entry garage enhances curb appeal.

The front porch opens to a foyer with a coat closet and a powder room. A vaulted ceiling creates a grand entrance to the great room and a fireplace offers warmth and a focal point. The vaulted ceiling continues out to a covered porch to relax and enjoy nature. An island is the centerpiece of the kitchen and an adjoining dining room is available for family meals.

The two-car garage offers storage space and leads to a mudroom with a coat closet and a built-in seat with storage. A utility room and pantry are only steps away. A bedroom, office, and bonus room complete this wing of the floor plan.

The master suite is separated for privacy and enjoys a large window and an elegant step ceiling. The master bathroom boasts a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower while the massive walk-in closet provides division for couples or seasonal items.
