Conceptual Plan 1622 is an alternate version of Conceptual Plan 1645. This house plan features a cedar shake façade accented by tapered columns with stone bases. A sprawling front porch instantly draws attention to this rustic Craftsman bungalow.

The front porch opens to a foyer with a powder room and linen closet only steps away. Columns frame the opening to the great room where a coffered ceiling and fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. Step outside to the rear porch for fresh air and relaxation. The kitchen enjoys a center island while the dining room is extended by an alcove with large windows.

The two-car garage is located at the rear of the home with a storage bay. A mudroom entry is convenient with a built-in seat and storage. Additional amenities include a utility room, walk-in pantry, and side porch.

The master suite is on the first floor with two walk-in closets and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with separate vanities, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A staircase leads to the second floor where two bedrooms are joined by a full bathroom and linen storage.
