Conceptual Design 1624 is a modern farmhouse house plan with a hip roof, timber lintels, and a center dormer. Symmetrical gables with decorative trusses create visual interest to the front façade. Metal roof accents and painted brick complement the board-and-batten façade and stone foundation.

From the front porch, double doors lead to a foyer with a 10' wood ceiling. Decorative ceilings continue into the dining room with a spectacular tray ceiling with inset shiplap. A vaulted ceiling with beams tops the great room and a fireplace creates a focal wall. The kitchen enjoys a large center island with ample seating while a window above the sink looks out to the rear porch.

The master suite is tucked away at the back of the home for privacy. A vaulted ceiling visually expands the room, and a doorway provides access to the rear porch. Luxury awaits in the master bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. A massive walk-in closet completes the suite. Two additional bedrooms are across the floor plan with a shared bathroom. A flexible office/bedroom and full bathroom meet the needs of the homeowner.
