Conceptual Design 1625 is an updated version of The Markham house plan 1299. This Craftsman design features a stone and cedar shake exterior with metal roof accents. Arched windows mirror the arched entryway to the front porch.

The foyer leads to an elegant great room with a coffered-tray ceiling and a fireplace flanked with built-in bookshelves. The kitchen features a large center island with bar seating. A dramatic coffered ceiling tops the dining room, and a pantry is nearby. Step outside to enjoy a screened porch with a fireplace and an outdoor kitchen.

The master suite is luxurious with a tray ceiling and a sitting area. The master bathroom boasts dual vanities, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a massive adjoining walk-in closet. An office/bedroom with a full bathroom provides flexibility to the homeowner. On the opposite side of the floor plan, three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms are available.

The three-car garage is located at the rear of the home with a side-entry and multiple storage options. A drop zone with a coat closet and linen storage keeps clutter contained. The utility room is spacious with built-in cabinetry and a laundry sink. Upstairs, an optional bonus room with a full bathroom awaits expansion.
