Conceptual Design 1627 is an updated version of The Wesley house plan 1467-D. This European inspired design features a hillside walkout foundation and an angled, two-car garage. Cedar shakes and stone wrap the façade while wooden gable trusses enhance curb appeal.

Inside, the foyer offers an adjoining coat closet and a powder room. A vaulted ceiling with decorative beams tops the great room and a fireplace with built-in shelves creates a focal wall. An island and pantry elevate the spacious kitchen while a tray ceiling brings elegance to the dining room. When the weather is nice, step outside to the rear porch with skylights.

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a tray ceiling and access to the rear porch. The master bathroom is luxurious with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and skylights overhead. The attached walk-in closet is massive with separation for couples and a connection to the utility room.

On the opposite side of the floor plan, the home office or guest suite features a full private bathroom. From the garage, enter the home through a mudroom with a built-in bench and multiple storage options.

Downstairs, find a game/media room that opens to a covered patio. Two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms complete the lower level.

Really great floor plan. I would extend out the dining room to be a little bigger and make the pantry bigger. It needs a third car in the garage

This is a great floorplan! I like having two bedrooms on main level and large master closet. I'd make the width of the great room more like 20' instead of 17'-4", because by the time you deduct a few feet for the fireplace and hearth, the useable width would be less than 15' instead of 17'-4".

I really like this plan. The open layout. Use of space. The ability to move from one place to another in a logical order. without crossing extra spaces. The logic of the laundry being accessed from the master closet. A great guest coat and half bath.
