Leave us your feedback and suggestions at the bottom of this post!

Conceptual Design 1635 is a two-story house plan with two options for the front elevation. This farmhouse features a dramatic gambrel front gable and a cedar shake façade. The front porch extends the width of the home for a charming and welcoming entry.

The foyer offers a coat closet and opens to the spacious dining room. A vaulted ceiling tops the great room and built-in shelves flank the fireplace. The rear porch creates a cozy space for outdoor relaxation. An island is the centerpiece of the kitchen while a window above the sink brings in natural light and views.

The two-car garage is located at the rear of the home and provides abundant storage. Drop coats and bags in the mudroom to keep clutter out of the main living areas. Just steps away, find a utility room with built-in cabinetry and a laundry sink.

The master suite is situated for privacy and enjoys a large walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with a double vanity and a massive walk-in shower with an inset freestanding bathtub. An office/bedroom, with an adjoining full bathroom, is a flexible space to meet the needs of the homeowner.

Upstairs, find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. A study nook is available for a small home office or a place for children to work on school assignments. A secondary staircase leads to an optional bonus room and full bathroom for a media room or home gym.

Always love your designs! Started with a search for gambrel gables and found this design. Always most excited about the next house, and I live in a 95% done house, and am fixing up another. Keeps me busy, anyway! Right upstairs bedroom: make en-suite where closet is, frame closets on sides of window. Square up kitchen island or rotate 90°, make cook face fireplace (tv above?) while cooking. I detest wet rooms in master bath. What man will clean that glass? Move shower to where toilet is, and vice versa. Toilet should never be visible when first walking into the bath. The door will be left open which is very unappealing. Move washer/dryer to interior wall, opposite entry door. Install window on wall where washer/ dryer currently reside. Garage must be three car. Anyone who builds this can afford it, and needs it! Thanks for letting me post my thoughts. You entertained me for a while! Cheers!
