Conceptual Design 1636 is an updated version of The Baxter house plan 1536. This European-inspired design features a stone and cedar shake façade with a hip roof, multiple gables, and arched windows. Bold columns and double doors create an impressive entry from the front porch to the foyer.

The great room is cozy with a coffered ceiling and a fireplace. Step outdoors to the rear porch with skylights. The kitchen enjoys an island and an adjoining pantry while the dining room features large windows and a dramatic tray ceiling. Designed for entertaining, the screened porch offers a fireplace, skylights, and a built-in grill.

An elegant tray ceiling tops the master bedroom and dual walk-in closets lead to an opulent master bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The dedicated home office has a vaulted ceiling and built-in shelves/cabinets. Two additional bedrooms are downstairs with walk-in closets and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Find multiple storage options in the two-car garage and access to a small side porch. A spacious utility room, mudroom and powder room are welcomed additions to the first floor. Upstairs, a bedroom and a full bathroom are joined by an optional bonus room.
