Conceptual Plan 1638 is a smaller version of Conceptual Plan 1637. This barndominium features a board-and-batten façade and a two-car, rear-entry garage. A stone chimney and a decorative gable truss enhance the front elevation.

The great room and dining room share a cathedral ceiling with exposed framing. A fireplace is flanked by built-in shelves for ample storage and display space. The kitchen centers around an island and a bar with sink is off to the side. Just steps away, find a large walk-in pantry, a mudroom with a bench seat and storage, and a utility room with cabinetry and a laundry sink. Covered space at the rear of the home meets the homeowners needs for storage or outdoor living.

The master bedroom opens to a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, dual vanity, walk-in shower, and an adjoining walk-in closet. A bedroom and a flexible office/bedroom are on the opposite side of the floor plan with a shared bathroom.

Upstairs, a private bedroom enjoys a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. An optional bonus room provides square footage to expand.
