Conceptual Plan 1639 is an updated version of Conceptual Plan 1637. This two-story barndominium showcases a board-and-batten façade with a front facing wall of windows and a stone chimney.

The vaulted front porch opens into a shared great room and dining area with a fireplace and a two-story, exposed-framing cathedral ceiling. The kitchen features an island and an adjoining walk-in pantry. A bedroom and a flexible office/bedroom flank a covered side porch while a full bathroom and a powder room are nearby.

The two-car garage is located at the rear of the home and the mudroom entry offers a coat closet and a bench with storage. Find a laundry sink, built-in cabinetry, and access to the rear porch in the utility room. The master suite is on the first floor with double doors that open to the front porch. Cleverly designed, the master bathroom features a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and an attached walk-in closet.

Upstairs, a loft overlooks the great room below. A bedroom and a full bathroom are joined by an optional bonus room for a future expansion.
