Conceptual Design 1640 is a tiny house plan with a vaulted front porch and an exposed stone chimney. The porch continues around the side of the home for ample outdoor living space.

The main living area is surrounded by glass and gains vertical space from a vaulted ceiling. A stone fireplace creates a focal point and heats the home. The L-shaped kitchen is open with an island in the center with space for bar stools. A window above the sink opens the kitchen to views and brings in natural light. The utility room provides space for a stackable washing machine and dryer and a countertop for folding laundry. A closet and pantry offer convenient storage.

Sliding doors open to the bedroom with large windows, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the front porch. The bathroom includes a vanity and a walk-in shower.
