Conceptual Plan 1642 is an updated version of The Midland house plan 371. This modern farmhouse design features a board-and-batten façade with a wrap around front porch. Decorative gable trusses and metal roof accents enhance this country exterior.

A powder room and coat closet are just inside the foyer entry. Columns and a tray ceiling highlight the dining room. The great room enjoys a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and access to the sprawling rear porch. Additional columns define the island kitchen and breakfast nook. Find multiple storage options in the two-car garage and a mudroom entry with a coat closet and a built-in seat with storage. The adjoining utility room offers a laundry sink and cabinet storage.
