Conceptual Plan 1645 is a Craftsman bungalow house plan with a rustic cedar shake and stone façade. Gable dormers adorn the roof while tapered columns frame the front porch.

The foyer presents an open floor plan with the great room, kitchen, and dining room distinguished by columns and ceiling treatments. A powder room and linen closet are conveniently located for guests. The great room features a coffered ceiling, fireplace, and access to the rear porch. A bay window expands the dining room while the kitchen enjoys a center island and an adjoining pantry.

A two-car side entry garage is located at the rear of the home. Enter the home through a mudroom with a built-in seat and storage, access to a side porch, and an attached utility room with a laundry sink.

The master suite is on the first floor with dual walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with separate vanities, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, a balcony overlooks the foyer below and separates two additional bedrooms. A full bathroom, with a double vanity, and a linen closet complete the second floor.
