Conceptual plan 1653 is a luxury hillside-walkout design with a board-and-batten and stone façade. Metal roof accents and decorative gable trusses enhance curb appeal while spacious front and rear porches offer exceptional outdoor living.

Double doors open to an elegant foyer with a tray ceiling and columns. Nearby, a vestibule with built-in display shelves leads to a coat closet and powder room. Continue into the great room with a beam-enhanced vaulted ceiling and a fireplace flanked by bookshelves. The dining room enjoys a decorative beam ceiling and a built-in buffet. Beams extend above the island kitchen and a pantry and wet bar are only steps away.

A vaulted ceiling crowns the opulent master bedroom, and a door allows direct access to the rear porch. Couples will appreciate two walk-in closets and a double vanity in the master bathroom. Completing the master suite, find a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, and linen closet. Across the floor plan, a home office and bedroom share a full bathroom with a dual vanity.

The three-car garage grants storage and a pantry door to drop off groceries with ease. The mudroom entry features a drop zone for bags and shoes as well as coat and linen closets. Thoughtfully designed, the utility room provides a laundry sink, abundant cabinetry, and access to a side porch.

Upstairs, find an optional bonus room and full bathroom for expansion. Entertain or relax on the basement level with a media/family room and a wet bar. Step outside to the covered patio when the weather is nice. Two additional bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and full bathroom. Unfinished square footage offers ample space for mechanical storage, equipment, and a workshop.

      Hello, I am interested in this floor plan but would need to make a few modifications. I would like the outside to be less "rustic" and more craftsman/European inspired (similar to plan 1625). I would suggest making the office/study a screened-in porch. I would not have an exterior door in the Utility room. The kitchen would need to be 2-4" wider and I would want the Great Room and Dining area 2-4' deeper. We are planning on building on a hill-side lot and would only have a walk-out basement with 2 additional bedrooms, 1 bath, and a lower level game room/family room area.

      Love this! Would love to see it where the shop and storage down stairs can be made into more bedrooms. If our family were to buy this plan, then we’d want the room under the master as an exercise room and then the storage made into two more rooms so all three of our children could be together downstairs.
