Conceptual Plan 1660 is an updated version of The Marcus house plan 1590. This simple modern farmhouse design features a board-and-batten façade. Shutters, decorative gable trusses, and metal roof accents enhance curb appeal.

The front porch leads into a foyer flanked by an office/bedroom and the dining room. Decorative beams top the great room and built-in shelves border the fireplace. A spacious rear porch takes living outdoors when the weather is nice. The kitchen enjoys a center island and a nearby walk-in pantry.

A vaulted ceiling crowns the master bedroom, and a door offers private access to the rear porch. Cleverly designed, the master bathroom provides a dual vanity, walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and an attached walk-in closet. On the opposite side of the floor plan, find an additional bedroom and full bathroom.

The two-car garage features multiple storage closets and opens into a mudroom with a coat closet and a built-in bench. With a laundry sink and cabinetry, the utility room is multifunctional. An optional bonus room is upstairs with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. This space is perfect for a home gym or guest suite.
