Conceptual Plan 1663 is a smaller version of The Otis house plan 1635. This rustic farmhouse features an eye-catching gambrel dormer with smaller dormers on either side. The cedar shake façade is complemented by a sprawling front porch.

Inside, the foyer offers a coat closet and opens into the great room with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and skylights. A rear porch extends living outdoors. Additional skylights bring natural light into the island kitchen and a spacious dining room welcomes family meals. The two-car garage is located at the rear of the home and provides multiple storage options. A side porch accesses the mudroom, and a utility room is adjoining with a laundry sink.

The master bedroom features a cathedral ceiling and skylights. A large walk-in closet leads the way to the master bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and skylight overhead. Nearby, an office/bedroom with full bathroom meets the needs of the homeowner. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom.
