Conceptual Design 6006 is an updated version of The Blarney house plan 1424 and The Lorenzo house plan 6005. This rustic, European-inspired version features a cedar shake and stone façade with a dramatic hip roof, column brackets, an eyebrow dormer, and arched gable vents.

Double doors lead from the front porch to the two-story foyer with a wall of built-in shelves. A coat closet and powder room are nearby for guests. The office/library is cozy with built-in shelves on one entire wall and double doors that open to the front porch. The great room enjoys a coffered ceiling and a fireplace while a trio of doors exit to the rear porch topped with a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. An island is the focal point of the kitchen, and a spacious dining room is available for family meals. Find a sunroom tucked away at the rear of the home for quiet relaxation.

The three-car garage features two entrances into the home and a door that opens to the backyard. The first entrance into the home is through a mudroom with a built-in seat and storage and an adjoining family studio for laundry and household projects. The second entrance is to a kitchen vestibule with a walk-in pantry for easy grocery drop-off.

The master suite is on the first floor with dual walk-in closets and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and double vanity. Upstairs, built-in shelves line the hallway and barn doors conceal a massive media room. Three large bedrooms enjoy tray ceilings and walk-in closets. An optional bonus room is available for expansion.
