This two-story design from Donald A. Gardner Architects features a narrow width and a front entry garage. A mix of siding and cedar shakes enhance the charming Craftsman façade while a front porch with tapered columns creates a welcoming entry.

Inside, the foyer offers multiple closets for easy storage. While the main living spaces are open to one another, the staircase blocks views from the foyer into the great room creating a sense of privacy and coziness. The spacious great room enjoys a cathedral ceiling and a fireplace flanked with bookshelves. The adjoining kitchen centers around an island and a pantry is nearby for storage. A large dining room with a tray ceiling works equally well for family meals and dinner parties. Step outside to the rear porch and patio for outdoor enjoyment.

The master suite is well-proportioned, and a large window brings in rear views. Enjoy the master bathroom with a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, linen closet, and an adjoining walk-in closet. A bedroom/office is on the first floor with a full bathroom for a home office or guest suite. The two-car garage opens to a drop zone to optimize organization and the utility room provides built-in cabinetry and a laundry sink.

Upstairs, two large bedrooms are private and enjoy a full bathroom with a double vanity. Find a large storage closet and a sun tunnel in the hallway. An optional bonus room is available for a media room or home gym.

Can you please tell me what color green siding and tan shingles please! Is this painted or a brand of vinyl siding or hardie board?

Hi Denise, our renderings and digitally created videos are artistic representations and are not based on specific colors or brands. A paint supplier would likely be able to match the color for you.
